Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Role description
- Requirements Gathering and analysis
- Providing L2 L3 support to end user and resolving critical Incidents
- Troubleshooting issues and fixing the bugs
- Identification / Implementation of improvement areas in the application/ processes
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication Management
- Proactiveness in delivering with 100% Quality


Skills required
- Excellent experience in Requirements Gathering, Analyzing Business Requirements and Functional specifications
- Mapping the business requirements to application functionality
- Analyzing the user stories and product backlog
- Coordination with stakeholders on the Defect closure
- Sharing knowledge with the support staff
- Sharp analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ready to work in support project

Nice-to-have
- Experience in LS domain
- Experience in writing test scripts and executing the test cases
