For my client I´m looking for a Change & Release Manager (m/f/d)Responsibilities:
- Effective management of the Live Services Operational Change Management Process across the Account to minimise the risk to the live services from the impact of change
- Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Clearly identifying risks
- Mitigating actions for proposed change implementations, providing clear recommendations to Stakeholders
- Manage Release build funnel assuming one DEV system for Release developments starting in parallel
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Release Management experience
- SAP ChaRM experience (optional)
- Experience on build processes in complex SAP environments
- Understanding workbench and customizing differences
- Strong experience in managing a full Release Lifecycle and respective ITRs, CDs and TRs
- Manage retrofits (2 track synchronization) with very high volumes on several SAP applications
- Aligning several stakeholders (customer, several SIs and internal teams)
- ITIL background
