To plan, budget, infrastructure, rollout.
To plan and design the relocation plan including time management, resource management and service management in the new office.
• To lead the whole relocation project as project manager and report to the Head of IT.
• To build an IT guidance handbook of new office for users to learn the new facility including printer’s location and function, how to use meeting room, how to use access control system, how to make phone call, and other IT related information.
• Discuss with suppliers setting up in new location. The location is ready for occupation.

? New internet connection setup
? New FW with new VPN setup c
? R&D applications in the new environment
? OA applications in the new environment
? Other related infra, application or solution in the new environment
Total 300 hours of work is estimated, with 20% in March, 15% in April and May, 50% in June and 100% in July.
