• SiteCore Support Analyst with DevOps experience
• Coordination with stakeholders (Business Analyst / SME and Support Staff) on the incident closure
• Sharing knowledge with the support staff
• Handling critical incidents as a priority tickets
• Sharp analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ready to work in support project
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in LS domain
• Experience in other technologies like: TIBCO, Salesforce, Azure, .Net, JAVA
• Experience in writing test scripts and executing the test cases
