For one of our client we are looking for a Program Manager (m/f)We are looking for a program manager who has the experience of IN/OCS or IT/BSS replacement program management.
1.Acting as single point of contact for all matters relating to the corresponding project.
2.Managing project team to deliver the project according to plan, specification and to high quality standards;
3.Monitoring the progress of the project to ensure the completion aligned with the agreed schedule, cost and quality.
4.Coordinating project progress review meetings on system design +amp; delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance;
5.Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project progress to all involved stakeholders.
6.Ensuring timely escalation of high impact risks and issues, especially when beyond the control of the project or constituting a significant threat to project success.
7.Ensuring synergy and orchestration between the various technical and functional teams contributing to the project, and thus ensuring that project and program goals are realized.
Qualification:
1 Project and target driven, 10 years and above IN/OCS or IT/BSS program/project management experience.
2 Excellent management skills and good motivator. Good knowledge in ITIL
3 Good public speaker and team player.
4 Quick cultural adaptation.
5 Be familiar with operators in Germany (Vodafone, T-Mobile, etc.) and their legacy IN/OCS, IT/BSS system. Has integration/migration experience
6 fluent communication in English and German. German mother language is preferred.
