- Develop and implement a data acquisition strategy for anonymous, enriched and identified customer data in a given market
- Identify, promote and implement suitable tech platforms and systems, which can be automated and used in a dynamic way
- Establishment of internationally aligned framewoks and compliance strategy
- Draw up a brand-specifice consumer data anayltic strategy and define operational marketing consumer analytics
- Promote cross-company collaboration on data in your market by that ensure that major pillars of the OGSM are made executable for all stakeholders
- Define recruitment points for most suitable customers in the digital customer journey and operationalize the data for programmatic and CRM
- Provide the right sets of data and insights for your market, brands an other stakeholders to enable marketing campaigns and their proper execution to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
- Promotion of data driven marketing throughout the organization
- Several years of experience in comparable roles with a digital marketing background
- Excellent tech-skills and knowledge of databank set-ups with SAP, Salesforce and other DSP/DMPs
- Extensive experinece in complex project management with marketing & IT focus
- Experience with the full Google Stack, Scrum and programmatic roll-outs
- nice-to-have: experience in FMCG, digital transofrmation and digital performance driven organizations
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
