Beschreibung

Must-Have: (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Exposure in ITSM and ITIL framework
• SiteCore Support Analyst with DevOps experience
• Coordination with stakeholders (Business Analyst / SME and Support Staff) on the incident closure
• Sharing knowledge with the support staff
• Handling critical incidents as a priority tickets
• Sharp analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ready to work in support project

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1 Providing L2 L3 support to end user and resolving critical Incidents
2 Completing Service Requests and Monitoring Tasks as per the processes
3 Troubleshooting issues and fixing the bugs
4 Identification / Implementation of improvement areas in the application/ processes
5 Learning LS Pharma domain and the application to support
6 Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication Management
7 Proactiveness in delivering with 100% Quality

Max Rate offered: 55€/Hour
