• Detailed knowledge of service delivery concepts and techniques with strong operational understanding
• Experience of service delivery and operational support and service Transition for major IT systems
• Self-motivating, objective setting, and strong leadership skills
• Team development, management and motivational skills
• Written communications – clear technical writing and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills-English & German both
• The ability to coordinate coherent, concise, and readable criteria prior to acceptance into operational service.
• Experience with BCP and DR planning and execution
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders with transparent communication
• Ability and willingness to learn the end-to-end clients’ IT landscape functionally and technically
• Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver results with minimal supervision
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1 Regularly update the customer and internal stakeholders on ongoing transitions and raise concerns that might risk the timely and effective go-live of
transitions
2 Manage internal stakeholders with transparent communication
3 Allocate work of various Transition Team resources based on capacity and transition scope to ensure a balanced workload within the team
4 Review and monitor transitions to identify trends and problem areas and work closely with the Head of Transition to identify and implement solutions
5 Support the organization in planning and monitoring of staffing and utilization to ensure continuous and smooth functioning of the team
6 Manage, build and retain talent within the team
7 Measure and monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met for the transition
8 Monitor and control the transition budget
9 Playback sessions to the clients SME and sign off/acceptance
10 Build transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management
Max Rate: 60€/Hour
