• Handling critical incidents as a priority tickets
• Sharp analytical abilities

• Ready to work in support project
ROLE:
Providing L2 L3 support to end user and resolving critical Incidents
Completing Service Requests and Monitoring Tasks as per the processes
Troubleshooting issues and fixing the bugs
Identification / Implementation of improvement areas in the application/ processes
Learning LS Pharma domain and the application to support
Excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication Management
Proactiveness in delivering with 100% Quality
