For one of our Pharma-clients in Hannover we are seeking freelance support as:Expert Automation implementation and qualification (M/F/D)
Task:
To ensure constant supply of the Ervebo vaccine increased freezer capacity is required to be established on site. For that reason, an additional building is scheduled to be constructed and build by the end of 2021. The planning, installation, configuration of of all required environmental monitoring devices for safe storage of the vaccine needs to be implemented by an automation engineer. This includes:
· analysis of current environmental monitoring system capability for required expansion
· evaluation of suitable probes and qualification strategy
· creation of Change Control and automation qualification documentation
· coordination of automation qualification works
Qualification:
· Qualified scientific, technical or pharmaceutical studies
· Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical automation qualification in a comparable position, ideally in a regulated environment with high quality and hygiene requirements
· experience in automation and computerized system validation
· Excellent knowledge of GMP
· secure in the application of database systems and MS-Office
· high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned, initiative, strong team and communication skills, high social competence, a rapid response and an accurate working method
· methodological and educational skills, in particular in the dealings with project engineers, suppliers and service providers, structured and self-motivated working methods, persuasion and persuasion, and binding action
· Business fluent in English & German
