• Successfully completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems management
assistant, IT system electronics specialist, IT management assistant, etc.) including initial
work experience
• Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and good
knowledge of MS Office
• Good hardware and network knowledge as well as knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and
Active Directory
• Good English knowledge
