System Engineer / System Architect

Working Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Tasks:
- Deliver 3rd line IT infrastructure support (including 24x7 duty)
- Planning, assessing and executing maintenance tasks on the production platform.
- Take responsibility for problem resolution, recommend options and implement if required.
- Plan and implements changes.
- Attend and contribute in projects.

Must have Skills:
- provides a support attitude with good problem solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of primarily Linux, additional Windows OS.
- Network: TCP-IP, Switching, load balancing, firewall.
- Monitoring IT workload and Infrastructure via Check_MK
- Automation tools: Puppet, Ansible
- Rapid comprehension

Nice to have Skills:
- Network: VXLAN, DDoS Protection
- Scripting skills (python, perl)
- Strong social Skills due to direct customer comunication during incidents and changes
