We are looking for a Business Analyst SIC & SECOM in the area of Zurich:

Responsibilities:
> Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of functional requirements related to the implementation of standards within the Swiss payments (SIC) and securities (SECOM) financial industry
> Liaise | provide guidance and expertise to internal functional specialists and external customers |
markets | working groups in order to ensure correct implementation and use of these Swiss financial standards and standards-related products.
> Act as business systems expert and resolve unique or complex business problems including complex systems process analysis, design and simulation.
> Ensure the production and maintenance of conceptual models (data and functional) in accordance
with the adopted methodology.
> Provide technical guidance to the company and act as mentor to less senior | experienced team
members

Requirements:
> Several years of experience in one specific area of financial operations or product development |
planning
> Experience with the implementation of XML-based and | or SOA-based applications is an asset
> Experience in financial transaction applications like enterprise application integration (EAI) and financial messaging applications for the business-to-business market space is an asset
> Experience with financial industry applications and software is required
> Several years of experience in the area of the Swiss interbank payment (SIC)
> Several years of experience in the area of the Swiss securities settlement system (SECOM)
> Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
> Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset
> Ability to understand and capture customer requirements
> Pragmatic thinking, synthesizing and influencing
> Strong analytical thinking and problem solving attitude
> Knowledge of the technologies of XML family, Web Services, SOA, OO, Modeling is a must
> Knowledge of business processing management systems (BPMS) is an asset
