Job Title: Manager E-Commerce OperationsLocation: Remote
Duration: 3 months + Extension
Rate: €625 per day
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Develops, implement and monitor all processes needed to follow a standardized approach to operate the own operated E-Commerce Shops as well as the current and future Market Places (B2C/B2B), Omni-Channel Services and eCRM related processes.
• Define E-Com Operational Processes in alignment with all stakeholders.
• Working in collaboration with the central E-Commerce team (Logistics, Buying & Merchandising, Content Management, Online Marketing).
• Works closely together with all other functional groups such as IT, Logistics, Buying / Merchandising, Customer Service, Finance).
• Develops and implements Operational Hand Book.
• Testing and piloting new developments in the E-Com operations area together but not exclusively with the agile or backend development team at the service provider as well as the internal IT (GBS) as well as bug fixing and regular interface monitoring and development.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Operations:
• Reviews and improves E-Commerce processes, especially in relation to internal processes and interface communication
• Plan procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
• Responsible for the achievement of department productivity and quality goals
• Point of escalation for claims from customers and departments
• SPOC for operational interfaces to the outsourced logistics, internal DNO/SNPE, ePOS, CRM and Omni-Channel
Performance Measurement:
• Interface availability and stability
• Delivery performance
Influencing and building a sustainable organization:
• Monitor quality of service and work with other departments to streamline and improve processes and structure
• Liaises with internal and external teams / customers / vendors to ensure end-to-end processes in the ever changing business and to solve topics escalated
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Profound SAP R3 knowledge
• Fluent English. German is beneficial
