Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
develope concept and strategy for the customer environment
implement security guidelines in the customer environment
design and implement an escalation flows (outbreak management)
design and implement endpoint compliance checks to ensure service delivery
create detailed work instructions for our IT Delivery Center (basic client check, how to fullscan etc.)
selection and tests of (new) security-products
configuration and installation of new OfficeScan-Servers
testing-processes Security-Updates/SP/Patches/Hotfixes
installation and global rollout of new SP/Patches/Hotfixes
script programming (Autoit) for e.g. as a part for the client sofware package
high Level support and organization of the global antivirus-infrastructure
design and generate automated antivirus reports & statistics (e.g. for AV-Opertors)
interact with security boards (AV-strategy, Escalation management)
interact with Trend Micro Premium Support (Manage and tracking of Trend Micro support cases)
deep knowledge with system processes and threat anlaysis is neccessary to find and isolate unknown viruses
if neccessary training for AV-Operator (How to use tools, monitoring etc.)
Must-Have Skills:
required are good englisch and german skills
Sysinternals Tools (Procexp, procmon, pstools, handle)
very good knowledge of command line scripting (DOS)
experiences with rootkit scanner
basic knowledge with firewall rules (software firewall)
your security knowledge is always up to date
