SALARY: Negotiable (as dependant on location and experience) with impressive benefits along with the option of an initial 3 Month contract before transfer to perm
LOCATION: Amsterdam or Dusseldorf

A Telecoms Business Improvement Manager (BIM) CRM / Billing / BSS required for a global telecoms company and the role will be based in Amsterdam or Dusseldorf. The Telecoms Business Improvement Manager (BIM) CRM / Billing / BSS will be joining as team based in Holland and Germany with the company at a very exiting point of their development.

ROLE –
The Telecoms Business Improvement Manager (BIM) CRM / Billing / BSS will be given the role of identifying strategy and necessary changes to the business processes supporting applications which could include regulatory environment, or changes in the business practice.

The Telecoms Business Improvement Manager (BIM) CRM / Billing / BSS will need to monitor and correlate process support related issues arising from the MVNOs. You will work with Product Managers, Chain Managers & Enterprise / Solution Architects.

The key for the BIM in delivering successful improvements with a focus on the guiding principles for Business Improvement Service. This will be achieved by (amongst other things) making use of the disciplined design and execution of the standard processes across all application services. The plan for improving quality and performance to align with industry standards is one of the key requirements. As the company’s objectives and business change over time, the BIM’s will, based on their experience and understanding, recommend new ways of working with the appropriate resources to implement continuous improvements to meet business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES -
1) Work with the various business departments - marketing, finance, customer care along with coordinating the required actions for, business intelligence, campaigns, new products, pricing plans, new brands, new mvno’s etc.
2) Changes - Coordinate the change request and implementation according to the agreed change control procedure and roadmap
3) Coordinating the development and implementation of new product features
4) Challenge the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing business processes and the abilities of the solution and minimise customisation


ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE -
1) Strong Telecom Business process understanding, specifically on CRM and BSS / Billing. Ideally in Telecoms
2) Key empathy and understanding of the carrier and service provider market space and operating requirements
3) The ability to understand operators marketing requirements and campaigns and be able to translate this into system solutions
4) The ability to challenge the business processes of operators on efficiency and effectiveness
5) Being the intermediary between the company and customers ensuring that the right resources are arranged for new requirements or changes
6) A good understanding of the various security requirements
7) Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
