Beschreibung
Task:- Manage and lead a team of Banksphere/Bks analysts and follow the methodology to implement a coaching plan
- Analysing of detected incidents in BKs
- Instructing, coaching and mentoring - helping other areas to detect and analyse Bks problems
- Explain problems, solutions and identifies risks
- Is able to transmit enthusiasm, commintemnt and good will in the team to reach their goals
Requirements (Must have):
- English fluent
- Experienced knowledge in Banksphere (analyse logs)
- Proactive (multitask capability)
- Analytical and problem solving skills, testing of programs
- Ability to work as part of a team and other teams independently
- Good communication skills
- Has good disposition to start new or unexpected tasks
