Beschreibung
Position 1:1. Perform Technical Evaluation of the customer requirement and validate the availability of the required source file.
2. Prepare the understanding document in the specified template.
3. In case of any uncertainty / additional clarification required need to approach to the customer and get clarified.

Position 2:
1. Develop the required Packages using Wise studio tool / sequence using App - V as per the understanding document and following all the pre-defined standards.

Position 3:
1. Perform the Quality Check as per the pre-defined checklist and deliver the application within the defined Service Levels and Quality framework.
2. Need to cooperate with the Quality Team for any rework identified during the internal quality check.
3. Upload the packaged / tested applications to the FTP server.
4. Update the ticket in the Advanced Helpdesk Tool as per the status / progress.
5. In case required need to mentor / support the other team members by sharing the knowledge.
6. Need to provide the required update to the team leads / managers.
7. Need to track the individual work out on a daily basis and share the same when requested.
