PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Required Skills:
Minimum two end-to-end implementation experience along with 8 or more years of implementation project experience. They key is to have worked on Implementation projects (Minimum two projects). Candidate who have not worked on implementation projects need not apply.
• Must have worked in SAP S/4 transformation project.
• Must have 12 plus years of Experience in FICO Module with strong knowledge in defining, designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance Record to Report processes. And must have strong experience in:
? General Ledger Accounting
? Strong knowledge and working experience with SAP new GL module
? Accounts Payable
? Accounts Receivable
? Cost Center Accounting/Profit Center Accounting
? Profitability Analysis (COPA)
? Bank accounting
? Special purpose ledger (FI- SL)
? Asset Accounting
? Treasury Module
• Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP GL module with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modules
• Experience in project documentation such as designing test scripts and developing complex functional specifications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Should have very sound Pharma domain knowledge
• Should have worked in waterfall and Agile projects
• Must have worked in Onsite-Offshore delivery model.
At least they should be strong in the following areas:
"strong / solid candidate in FI-AP, AP, & Controlling, and who is willing to drive / learn additional functional areas,"
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Qualification – Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)
Knowledge on Below areas
• Consolidation
• Funds management
• Awareness on advanced SAP technologies like SAP PI-XI
• Product Costing
