For our client, one of the four Energy Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Germany, we are looking for an IT Project Leader (d/f/m) taking care of data integration topics in context of BIM solutions.Your main tasks:
- Lead the delivery of the integration solution by prioritizing deliverables and managing stakeholders’ expectations;
- Communicate and activate your previous experiences with BIM to drive the project’s design and delivery;
- Follow-up and leadership of the team implementing the integration pipe-lines, creating the whole ecosystem delivering the BIM paradigm;
- Find synergies with existing integration components of a data platform to maximize the delivered value;
- Coordinate deployments of the data pipelines and other artefacts with the different team involved in this process
- Propose additional components or sub-components based on previous ex-periences around BIM and aligned with the integration strategy of the company;
- Communicate progress and report on budget and resources forecasts
- Communicate to other stakeholders the benefits of this BIM integration;
- Promote usage of integrated BIM and in general of the integration ecosys-tem across the company with a communication targeting different pro-files;
- Collaborate and synchronize with IT or Business projects upstream or downstream in terms of management of planning constraints and achiev-ing synergies between projects;
- If needed, collaborate with Purchasing department for the management of the tendering process for some integration components.
Your skillset:
- You have several years of relevant experience as project leader in integration projects or architects with a clear career path on integration.
- You have a previous relevant experience with BIM and BIM solutions
- You communicate easily with developers at technical level, with stakeholders at conceptual level but also with excellent presentation skills at steering level;
- You have an analytical mindset, a good sense of organization with a pragmatic approach;
- Your customer orientation fits perfectly with your enthusiastic personality. You work autonomously and efficiently with remote or local teams;
- You are fluent in English, having a good knowledge of German. Dutch or French knowledge as 3rd language is a plus;
- You are resilient, result driven with agile development experience, Lean Management is a plus;
- Knowledge & experiences in the energy and/or utilities sector are additional assets.
