Required Skills:
The key is to have worked on S/4 Implementation projects (Minimum 3 projects ). Candidate who have not worked on implementation projects need not apply.
• 15+ years’ experience in design, development, implementation, testing of IT systems based on SAP MM/SRM solution
• Part of at least 3 end to end full cycle SAP implementation projects Participation in 5+ projects, including at least 2 years solution architect or project manager roles within the past 10 years
• At least 3 years Experience in S4HANA Projects
• Prior consulting industry experience
• Exposure to multi-vendor & multi-cultural global IT delivery. Ability to manage multi-cultured teams with an appreciation and awareness of individual differences
• Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus - addresses conflict and resolves issues
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to SAP and functional role in Pharma and Med Device.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules MM/SRM and integration with Finance, Manufacturing , Logistics and Sales
• Excellent skills for requirements gathering solution design, hands-on build, implementation and troubleshooting
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills which include: mastery of and fluency in the English language, ability to convey complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to proactively identify challenges, make recommendations, own initiatives and mentor others
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
