For a customer in Munich we are currently looking for a

Systems Engineer (m/f/d) VoIP / Video

Role description
- General client support (hard- and software) and Troubleshooting: Client OS, standard office software, hardware and driver issues
- Hands-on support of our Video Conferencing Integration and UC infrastructure, while facilitating technologies such as Cisco Jabber and Proximity, as well as Teams
- Handling the transition from wired desk phones to softphones (shifting from Siemens HighPath to Cisco Call Manager)
- Anticipate demands and formulate solutions to client issues and utilize in depth product knowledge of VC / UC e.g. Cisco. Consulting users regarding new market developments and solutions
- Manage, mentor, coach and train junior staff and power users on an ongoing basis. Creating user manuals and promoting these, through regular and exceptional user comms
- Detecting, documenting, handling and coordination of Problems (ITIL) and their resolution

Skills required
- Broad and good client / workplace related IT knowledge (e.g. Dell, Lenovo, Win 10, Microsoft 365, Jabber, standard business applications)
- Good knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, UC and VC infrastructure
- Basic infrastructure knowledge (LAN, Wifi, IPAM, Server). CUCM, CCIE and/or CCNA are advantageous
- Hands-on mentality and an autonomous working style are assumed
- Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing
