SAP HCM Project Manager (SAP HR) Remote

We are looking for a SAP HCM Project Manager (SAP HR) - 100% Remote

Key responsabilities:
- Own end to end project management lifecycle for all technology deliverables (from IT HR, other IT teams, implementation partner)
- Act as the intermediate between all involved parties
- Setup sustain governance model going beyond the project mode

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in IT HR implementations
• 5+ years of SAP HR, SAP Payroll and HR Integration experience
• Experience in leading at least 1 project that dealt with setting up systems for managing international transfers / global assignments, integrated into HR Core system
• Experience in adjusting SAP Payroll and SAP HR and building integration's with Global Assignment management systems (like Apro / Equus)
• Experience in implementing AssignmentPro / Equus with integration into SAP HR / Successfactors
• Experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders in IT, HR, implementation partner, software vendor
• Familiar with PMP, Agile, Scrum and/or other industry standard methodologies.
