Our clients include startups in their early stages as well as medium-sized financial institutes. ?We’re looking for a new backend developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Go and scalable backend architectures.
Your Stack
- Go (Our reasons for using Go)
- Redis, PostgreSQL, MariaDB
- Docker, Shell-Scripting, CI/CD systems
- Swagger & gRPC, REST, WebSockets
- Google Cloud environment (e. g. Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Storage, Pub/Sub, Big Query)
- Security best practices
Your Skills
- Computer science or computer engineering background
- 5+ years of professional experience in your field
- Profound skills in designing & implementing scalable server applications with millions of requests per day
- Inquisitive & willing to learn continuously
- Communicative and collaborative
- Very good English skills (German is a plus)
- Friendly nature & good humor
- Sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking & ownership for our customers
Your Job
- Build complex backends with security in mind
- Design & implement APIs being used by web applications and mobile apps (e. g. REST/Swagger, gRPC)
- Iterate on code & business needs with colleagues and our customers in an agile manner
- Write tests & follow YAGNI, KISS, SOLID & DRY
- Review & refactor existing code
- Work in a continuous integration & delivery environment
