Role: ServiceNow Consultant (Freelance)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Berlin, Germany (Remote)
Hourly Rate: Very competitive
A Berlin based business is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join a growing team and drive new projects. This an initial 6 month engagement with high chance of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and configuring ServiceNow Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM etc)
- Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes
- Coordinate with your respective Product System Administrator counterpart and/or Platform System Administrator (if applicable) and assist when new ServiceNow patches/releases are applied to instances
- Providing ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: data imports and software integrations
- Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues focusing on specific product (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)
Required Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Implementor or similar responsibility
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal Widget Technology
- Integration experience with specific Product system like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Watson, etc.,
- Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
- Working knowledge of relational databases
