Alldus is seeking freelance ServiceNow developers to join our client for an exciting project in the Frankfurt area. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills in ServiceNow that can aid our client with this project and enhance service deliveryRole:
You will be required to aid in the delivery of this project, ensure quality outputs and communicate effectively with the software engineering team. You will also be integrating software solutions and updating current systems already in operation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers
Workflow Configuration and Customisations
Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
Development of client specific reporting
Development of integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology
Work collaboratively with Developers
Ability to explain clearly to both Technical and Non-technical Customers
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology (or a similar technical subject)
ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations
2+ years’ experience as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
Experience with modern and relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.) and of working
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
Basic understanding of Integration methods
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles.
