Project description
The service is requested as part of the GDPR deletion activities in 2021. The goal is the execution of the deletion processes with the purpose to stay compliant.
The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the SAP deletion activities.
Tasks:
-Execution of data deletion processes in SAP HCM via SAP Information Lifecycle Management based
on already defined and implemented rulesets in the system (the respective documentation will be
provided in advance).
- deletion of personal data in:
* infotypes
* custom tables
* deletion of
* personnel numbers
* change documents
- HR administrative services: employee processes
- Documentation of the steps during the execution based on an existing template which will be provided by the client. The documentation will be validated and approved by the client.
Skills:
- SAP HCM
- Experience with deletion activities within GDPR beneficial
