Tätigkeit:For our customers in the telecommunications industry in NRW we are looking for a Project Manager (m/w). This project is about NG IT, the largest IT-standardization program of our consumer. It currently includes 7 IT initiatives (projects and programs) necessary for the fundamental transformation of the IT and business processes to our customers in Europe and the USA. Besides the technical and governance issues, change management and program complexity are the main challenges. Responsibilities: structure and manage internal and external dependencies on different levels, align rollout plans with NG IT and external projects and countries, define relevant roles as well as a process & escalation framework, build up and lead Integration Manager community (all countries) and identify risks and relevant action fields. Required skills: experience in multi project management, dependency and rollout management in complex IT programs required, longstanding practical experience in telecommunication industry, TOP management adequate communication skills, senior management experience and experienced MS office knowledge, overarching knowledge CRM, Billing, ERP beneficial. Business level skills in English, both written and spoken are a basic requirement. The project is scheduled for April to June 2011.
