Tasks:- Get in touch with our internal customer for the first contact
- Analyse the as-is process and define the to-be process from end to end
- Create together with the customer simple business case
- Write the needed Epics and User Stories in Jira
- Do a pre priorisation for the next sprints and algin this with the Product Owner
- Accompany the internal customer through the whole process give updates about the progress
- You get in contact with external instrument vendors
- You support the data engineer by getting information about the acquisition system, establish access to the data and pre test the developed solution
- Presentation of the solution to the customer and ensure test feedback
- Help the PO by taking on smaller issues or providing needed information
Qualification:
- Your international, goal-oriented mindset, and a “can-do” attitude brings value to the team
- Experience in international projects with a distributed team
- Very strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management is one of your great strengths
- Fluent in English
- Few years experience in working within a SCRUM team
- You are looking for ways to improve things and work collaboratively
- A plus: Familiarity with regulatory framework and guidelines for pharma/diagnostics products
- A plus: German
- A plus: Project Management experience
General conditions:
- Location: Penzberg/Remote (currently 100% remote, after COVID ideally 50/50)
- Team is split between Penzberg, Basel and South San Francisco and has approximately 10 members
- Not all team members are 100% dedicated to the project
- Start: ASAP
- Dauer: min. 6 Monate + Verlängerungsoption
