Work on all levels of SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies as an individual contributor as well as Team Leader
Proficient in Client and stakeholder Interactions
7+ years of experience in Mainframe Technology - Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, MQ, preferably in Banking Domain.
Candidate must have good experience in CICS
Should also able to design and develop the system
Good Problem-solving skills and technically sound
Manage the team and keep them motivated
Can speak German
