- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the business to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed, such as Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
- Serves as the conduit between the internal customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Good knowledge of Analytics, Marketing automation, personalization
- Work with business on User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off
- Have good understanding on site onboarding, integrations
- Excellent analytical, communication (both verbal and written), facilitation/organizational skills,
- Digital Marketing Domain Experience
- Good Understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud Products and its features.
