Ihre Aufgaben:
- In the course of the integration and consolidation of two implementations (2 firma), the following areas need support:
- Integration of companies into Apptio based functional reporting
- Consult and implement the standard financial ATUM model in the reporting solution and provide dashboards and reports for Management and other stakeholders.
- Implement reports in the reporting solution Apptio
- Identify needed data sets and analyze available data for implementation
- Configure and transform the customers data to adher to standard ATUM model
- Configure cost allocations to drive costs through all levels of the ATUM model
- Consult the customer on usage of standard reports and advise on the customer specific changes
- Consult on and develop report with changes using full tool functionality
- Documentation of implemented solution
- Support the customer in identifying cost savings initiatives based on the implemented solution
- Manage interface to tool service provider
Voraussetzungen:
- Relevant degree and 10+ years’ experience in Consulting Projects
- Experience with setting up and implementing TBM processes
- Experience with implementing reporting tool Apptio and the ATUM model respectively TBM approach and other financial reporting measures at large/complex environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent language skills in english and german
- Profound experience of working in an international environment
- Highly developed intercultural competence
- Highly developed customer- and service-orientation
- Highly self-dependent, result- and process-oriented way of work
