For a customer in Germany / Sweden we are currently looking for a

Microsoft Voice Support (m/f/d)

one position to fill in Germany and one in Sweden

Role description
- Technical evaluation, design and installation of state of the art data communication environments
- Understanding and incorporating all aspects of the organizations information flow into the communications systems infrastructure
- Diagnose and correct sophisticated communications and network problems
- Configure network for voice, video and data
- Integrate voicemail and Microsoft Exchange email systems
- Designs dial plan and implements the design in the converged network

Skills required
- Experience 6 to 8 years
- Solid background with Teams Phone system with Direct Routing and Skype for Business Enterprise voice
- Knowledge of: Active Directory, Exchange, Phone system / Enterprise Voice, VOIP, SIP, SBC, Office 365, Unified Messaging
- Experience with Unified Communications technologies related to Enterprise Voice, Archiving, and External Federation Services
- Intimate understanding of data communication technologies, trends and issues to analyze sophisticated enterprise-wide communications systems design
