• Provide tier 1 and 2 Service Desk duties in Germany, and engage in a rota for 1st line coverage for Germany.• Troubleshoot and resolve all workplace and user account related issues.
• Manage escalation in to specialist teams and collaborate with Morgan colleagues to drive down resolution and fulfilment times.
• Work to Morgan SLAs and KPIs for effective delivery against business expectations
• Provide proactive advice and some virtual training on core technologies for users, and author documentation where needed.
• Acts as a flexible resource able to pick up new tasks and technologies as operations mature.
• Should know German language.
• A junior resource (experience between 2-5 years) is what the client is looking for
