Main tasks:
- Focus on global Business & Technology shared services
- Business development, change management and project management
- Create and execute a service expansion strategy to focus on administrative and transactional processes in old and new areas such as HR services, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Customer service, Marketing and IT
- Create and execute strategies to transform core GBTS processes into E2E processes and focus on digitalization,data analytics and innovation
- Provide operational interface for project internal communication and alignment (Service Management, IT, HR Recruiting, Training, Infrastructure, Workers Council, etc.)
- Drive the planning of the process transformation activities with the assigned project team as well as with the local transition team and center mobilization experts
- Implement risk mitigation actions to assure a smooth on time migration within scope
- Liaise with GBTS management team to clarify interfaces to GBTS-owned activities and ensure organized hand-over of remaining responsibilities to the transition team
Main qualifications
- Business Administration background or equivalent field of education
- Practical experience in shared services or similar industries in major, multi-functional organizations
- Experience in management of considerable projects; disciplinary and/ or functional lead
- Organizational background and processes
- Experience in Business Management, IT systems, project management
- Firm PC-User Know-how, especially MS-Office
- Experience with Shared Services, Process management, Service management
- Excellent English and good German skills
