A global client require a hands-on Solution Architect to support their development teams working on business critical microservice builds.---
Role: Microservices Architect
Contract Length: 3-6 months. Part-time and full-time capacity can be offered.
Remote Work: 99-100%
Start Date: February 2021
Project Language: English (German beneficial but not vital)
Description:
A Microservices Architect is required to work with up to 3 development teams working on Sales Portals within a global business.
A traditional Java development team have recently started working with microservices architecture (12-18 months).
Due to this immaturity with microservices, a hands-on Solution Architect specialised in microservice architecture is required to come in as a trusted advisor and guide the development teams. You should feel comfortable advising and guiding on microservices best practice while also contributing to the strategy and technical governance of the development team.
You should have previous hands-on experience building microservices architecture with Java and navigating the whole process from conception through to successful delivery. Any experience with customer sales portals or with sales departments would be highly beneficial.
