For our client, a global electronics company we are looking for a Laboratory Technical Assistant to be based in Munich.Project Start: 1st February or sooner
Project duration: 6 to 12 Months (20 hours per week)
Location: Munich
Required Language: fluent English, German nice-to-have
Responsibilities :
- Scheduling, ordering, delivery management, inventory of hardware
- Engineering support for patching/ reworking platforms and develop test adapters
- testing boards
- Installation of Windows and Linux PCs
- Management of external board design suppliers
- Maintenance of inventory lists of equipment
- Keeping Information System up-to-date
Your Skills:
- knowledge of installation of Linux and Windows PCs
- experience in lab / hardware testing environments and of test equipment (eg oscilloscopes)
- Knowledge of or experience in electronic design is nice-to-have
- Experience in manual and half-automated soldering (e.g. rework of BGA devices)
- Good written, presentation and communication skills in English
Hourly rate: 45 EUR.
Flexible schedule and possibility to combine with other projects.
