Please find the job Description:Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead or Architect
Job Location: Munich, Germany
Mode of hiring: Contract
• 10+ years of total IT experience with atleast 3+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud.
• Working closely with respective business functions and product owners to understand their requirements, analyzing requirement feasibility and providing solutions/workarounds to the requirement
• Leading all aspects of campaign production in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exacttarget, spanning campaign strategy, creative, targeting, offer development, email production, landing page/form production, test design, QA/QC, execution.
• Provide end-to-end solutions for large scale campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (email, SMS, Push, Landing Pages, Interactive emails)
• Working extensively in the Journey Builder to create the customer journey with the Lucid chart diagram.
• Managing subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination of Marketing Cloud tools and database queries
• configuration of SFMC [User Account, RMM, FTP Accounts, Send management, Send Classification, Delivery Profile], email studio and mobile studio for different Business Units
• Creating a standard of excellence (best practices) in marketing automation, while ensuring adoption across various stakeholders
• Implementing Marketing Cloud connect, Salesforce integration with Marketing Cloud
• Creating SOPs and other documentations. Effort Estimation. Defining process documentation standards & guidelines and ensure team adherence to the same
• Developing and mentoring team members through Interview, open communication, training and timely work shadowing
(1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions.
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
