RMTS System Engineer
Testability and Maintainability Engineering
Work Tasks:
? Definition of test requirements for self-tests (Built-In Tests) for aerospace equipment and external test equipment
? Preparation of failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) and Failure Catalogue on Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), module and functional level
? Preparation of Testability Design Analyses
? Preparation of Maintainability analyses and calculations
? Definition of Maintainability concepts and human engineering for shop replaceable units (SRUs) and LRUs.

Qualification and Experience:
? Bachelor or Master degree in either Electrical Eng., Computer Eng., Systems Engineering, Communications Eng., Aerospace Eng. or equivalent.
? Enhanced knowledge about aerospace equipment / Line Replaceable Units
? Collaboration with multiple engineering domains, e.g. Hardware, Software and Test Equipment Team
? Basic understanding of circuit diagram analysis for FMECA generation
? Application of DO254 / DO178B/C / ARP4754 standards
? Working as a cross-functional role within a global work environment
? Functional Block Diagram creation
? Safety Assessment creation
? SEU/MBU Impact Analysis
? DOORS and/or JAMA
? ALM
? MS Office
? SVN
? Experienced in schematics design
? Experienced in Safety Analysis on LRU and/or platform systems level
