Network engineer skills - mostly Cisco stack.
Responsible for designing computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems. Creates, tests, and evaluates networks.
1. Work on Routers and Switches with basic Read only access to check status of devices and interfaces
2. Log monitoring/maintenance
3. Clear understanding of Various Ticketing (Remedy, HP Service Manager etc.) and monitoring Tools (knowledge on any one of the below tools - Solar Winds, HPOV, NetView, Vitalnet, MRTG etc.)
4. Good understanding of Switching and Routing protocols. Ethernet protocols, OSI Models.
5. Ability to configure and debug and do basic level troubleshooting in Technology areas like Routers, Switches
6. Knowledge on troubleshooting of switching technologies (VLAN, STP, VTP etc.)
7. Exposure to troubleshooting of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
EUC engineer with focus on Mobile services
Rich experience in EMM platforms like Air watch, Intune, MobileIron etc., Needs to have experience in implementation, integration & management of MDM, MAM, Content, mobile Security modules., Expertise in mobile OS like IOS, Android & windows etc., Knowledge of Creating/Repackaging applications using various Packaging Tools.
Troubleshooting using various tools.
Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
