Beschreibung
Task:- for 3 months to complete project Phase 0 (Conceptualisation)
- Planning, Leading, Organising, Communicating and Controlling the Project activity
- Hands on leadership of the Project Team
- Develop Project Plans, including definition of Objectives, Quality Criteria and metrics documented through ZPMF deliverables eg Project Management Plan
- Execute the plan, working closely with client and offshoring project team
- Identify extensions to the requirements to keep project scope well controlled
- Report regularly to project stakeholders on progress, issues, risks etc
Requirements (Must have):
- >10 years project management
- experience working on or leading projects operating outside of the local country eg regional or global projects
- Professional qualified project manager eg PMI, ZPMF
- Experience working in General Insurance business & IT
- Demonstrates proactive, governance and leadership behaviours
