• Technical Lead/Architect for a global client based in Munich, Germany
• Lead technical & business discussions with clients to gather and understand client functional requirements and design solutions to achieve them through supported configurations and customizations
• As a Technical Architect/Lead responsible for Design, Documentation, Review & Validate functional & technical design for MSCRM Implementation & Integration.
• Responsible for ensuring timely action, response and resolution of technical issues and decisions
• Provide guidance from a technical perspective for business decisions on solutions, incidents and problems around aspects such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security. As part of this process, to identify technical risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Help team to deliver high quality business and software services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices and based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations
• Communicate issues, bottlenecks, technical issues in a timely manner with client technology teams
• Create technical specifications & documentation
• Develop high level project work plans and estimations
