Testing Program Manager (radio, core, access network) (m/f) – Ref. Nr. 9052 SR
Contract: Freelanced or employee
Duration: asap, for 6 months with option for prolongation
Location: Bonn
Tasks:
- Collect and summarize DT (T-Mobile and T-Home) customer needs and expectations on system introduction (or testing) on different projects
- Negotiate and mutually agree with customers on system introduction (or testing) strategy and high level plan
- Detail system introduction (or testing) plan with support from relevant testing specialists from both resource and budget respective
- Identify system introduction (or testing) risks or difficulties at initial phase, find mitigation solutions
- Generally organize and coordinate system introduction (or testing), take initiatives to communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Handle the bottlenecks of system introduction (or testing), ensure timely system introduction (or testing) with defined resources in a high quality way, with high customer satisfaction
- Summarize and share system introduction (or testing) experiences and lessons-learnt, optimize system introduction (or testing) process and workflow within DTBU
Requirements:
- Relevant experiences on system introduction (or testing) area for more than 2 years, cooperation references with DT are preferred
- Internationally recognized professional PM certificate, such as PMI, is desirable, but not mandatory
- Full knowledge in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is essential
- Capable to manage multi system introduction (or testing) with similar technical criterias in parallel
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
- Have a strong willingness for the work. Take initiatives and have strong sense of responsibilities
- Have the experience in the similar position of competitors or in the industry is desirable
- Have strong wireless / LTE product knowledge background
