The EB&IT Transformation Program is a joint Business and IT inivative with the objective to enable and realize new strategy of the company in trading. As part of the EB&IT Program, new products will be implemented in the ETRM Endur within the project NPA. The ongoing operation must also be ensured. The operation of Endur requires a combination of service operation and development and is organized as an agile DevOps Team.The team is responsible for further development and operations.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The DevOps team member is operating the developed solutios and is developing further features as new business functions within the Endur environment. Key competence is the capability to understand quickly the complex business functionality as well as the technical variety of tools and interfaces to the IT landscape.
Futhermore, the Team Member is expected to
- deliver independently requirements analysis and technical solution design
- be able to cover the full software development cycle fom coding to deployment and documentation
- if necessary adapt test cases and perfom tests
- ensure the target quality of the current software by performing defined DoD related steps
- participate in 3rd level support activities
Skills & Profile:
Senior Java Developer
Previous exposure to commodity trading business with focus on risk modelling and deal lifecycle in ETRM systems
Familiar with Trading business (ideally in depth knowledge of OpneLink Endur core /JVS/ Open Components)
Capable to work in DevOps teams with IT and business staff members
Ideally experienced with agile approaches like Scrum
Good communication skills in Englisch and German
