For our client we are looking for a junior Service Manager:Start: 21. Jan 2021, could be beginning Feb 2021
Duration: 3 years (possible extension)
Location: Initially remote due to COVID, after the restrictions will be lifted, onsite in Leipzig
Language: English must, German nice to have
Skills:
- Basic understanding of penetration and vulnerability testing
- resource planning and allocation
- work order planning and scheduling
- good communication skills
Technologies / tools:
o ServiceNow or similar ticket system
