For our customer in Slovakia we are currently searching for a Change Manager (w/m)Project Start: 1.04.2011
Project duration: 6 Months
Location: Slovakia
Know-How:
- Change Management processes, assembly planning and process planning knowledge
- Knowledge of Lean-Manufacturing-Methods (Kanban, Hoshin, TPM, SMED)
- MS Office and SAP knowledge
Tasks:
- Optimisation of current processes
- Analysis and diagnosis of current process with the ability to implement necessary suitable solutions
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industries with similar Change Management responsibilities
Language Knowledge:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded
- Must be willing to work in Slovakia
- German knowledge would be beneficial
