For a customer in Geneva we are currently looking for a

Salesforce (m/f/d) L3 Support

Role description
- Provide Level 3 support for functional issues / questions raised by end-users
- Provide Level 3 support for technical infrastructure components (i.e., databases, middleware and user interfaces)
- Liaise with SW vendors on all application-related topics (e.g. change requests, fixes, production incidents)
- Drive problem and root cause analysis
- Keep applications compliant with all relevant IT controls and security standards
- Manage software licenses, security certificates with service providers
- Plan and manage application releases in conjunction with internal / external stakeholders
- Keep the tech stack of all applications up to date in line with the Technology Roadmap (e.g. infrastructure, middleware)
- Keep the functional and technical application documentation up to date
- Deploy new application releases to the integration environment and perform smoke tests
- Participate in audit and remediation of audit points if required
- Provide subject matter expertise on own application to other stakeholders
- Manage dependencies between own applications and other teams/projects

Skills required
- Many years of IT experience
- Salesforce experience in a similar role (e.g. administrator), but also knowing the tool from a user perspective; SF development skills are a plus
- Data integration and transformation skills, in particular using Informatica are desired
- Experience with relational databases, e.g. Oracle, is a plus
- Basic Linux command line skills
- Functional/Technical knowledge in core banking applications, in particular Avaloq is a major plus
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Minimum two years working in Swiss Banking industry
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organisations
- Background in the following areas is desired: IT project management, business analysis, application support, software engineering
