  • Workload: 40 h/Week (ANÜ)


Tasks:
  • Reviewing existing artefacts including integration and system design documentation, sample files, database tables or views to fully understand the current solutions
  • Understanding the outputs from the functional design sessions to understand the integration requirements and new solution design, including any localisation needs
  • Supporting the development of suitable test scripts and scenarios to validate the integrations and end-to-end processes within the final solution
  • Support the whole test circle (from test design to execution)
  • Identifying and reporting issues, risks and dependencies, in line with programme governance


To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant technical and integrations experience and have a strong technical aptitude, with an understanding of optimal, efficient integration design. It will also be essential for you to quickly establish excellent relationships across all streams of work within the programme, our markets and across our partners

Your profile

Must have:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with integrations (typical integration challenges)
  • Experience in service-oriented architecture design principles, common SAP HCM (concept of Infotypes)/Financials integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies
  • Knowledge of the broader HR and Payroll business domain and the associated integration impact as relates to people transformations
  • A natural ability to simplify a complex problem and explain technical concepts to HR professionals with non-technical backgrounds in a concise way.


Nice to have:
  • Experience with working in markets (UK, Italy and Germany) would be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
  • Knowledge of programming and documentation procedures, programming methods, program flow charts and operator instructions
