Task:? The consultant would support the Client Services Manager to ensure continuous management presence in Frankfurt
? The consultant?s role is to oversee and assist in managing a small team of internal and external specialists looking after Client Services, i.e. non-technical Facilities Management Services such as Catering & Hospitality, Mail & Distribution, Archiving, Reprographics, Reception, as well as the respective 3rd party providers that deliver these services
? One key focus is meeting with internal clients / business managers to discuss their requirements, take up their complaints etc.
? Complaint management
? Incident management
? Support of strategic initiatives
Requirements (Must have):
MS Office (advanced end user skills, no programming required)
Project management
People management
Knowledge of customers divisional structure would be beneficial but is not mandatory
German, English
Communicative, right level of seniority, proactive, quick thinking, self-organising, accurate, good at building relationship with vendors and internal clients
