Our client is currently conducting a programme to develop a SAP template and to rollout this solution globally. The main intention is to increase and restructure their global manufacturing and distribution capacities and support the future growth via a sustainable ERP infrastructure.To support this large programme we are looking for a PMO / Project Controller (m/f), as independent consultant / contractor, with working location in Nordics and Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the existing project management, reporting, forecasting and controlling toolset and provide high quality data for the project and programme management.
- Oversee financial and contractual aspects of the project and prepare appropriate reporting on those topics to all relevant levels.
- Budgeting, cost controlling including tax implications.
- Reporting on financial metrics.
- Organize, steer, monitor, moderate, document and feed-back meetings.
- Control deadlines, assigned tasks and special topics.
- Enable the project organization to fulfill in time and budget.
- Support the project organization by hands-on day-to-day tasks.
- Reports directly to project lead and global PMO.
Requirements
- Extremely high command of Excel (Pivot and or VBA) and PowerPoint toolset.
- Strong experience in EVM and deliverable tracker reporting.
- Good IT / SAP background required.
- Project controlling experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Good communicator with excellent diplomatic skills.
- Fluent English and German.
Assignment
- Start as soon as possible.
- Duration 6-9 months.
- Location will be mainly Nordics with regular flights to home country provided!
